RM Ventures is a team of committed and qualified professionals engaged in Liaison Services for various types of approvals. We work with, small and medium size Government, Corporate, Private Organizations, MNC Organizations as well as individuals. We play a proactive role in building the business. We help organizations to seek any kind of approvals from village Panchayat to Ministry Level. We have expertise to work as a link between two enterprises to communicate and coordinate their activities.

FOUNDER

This would not have been possible without a visionary & an optimistic leader. RM Ventures was conceived as an idea by Mr. Rahul Mirge. He has a vast experience of over 20 years in successfully delivering liaison services to various business sectors. He specializes in positive and timely communication and coordination with government agencies, which is significant for any business.
The Founder of RM Ventures has skill of liaising with governmental organizations including Ministers. He has acquired permissions to set up various largescale projects in forest, revenue & private lands. He has worked not only for land projects, but also for solar & wind projects including site selection, communication, Planning, Approvals & Implementation.

ACHIEVEMENTS

While Working with Enercon India Ltd.

Was instrumental in successfully obtaining permissions to set up 272.4 MW of wind power projects over 476.0495 Hectares of forest land and over 300 Hectares of Private land in Maharashtra.

While Working with Mytrah Energy Ltd.
Was instrumental for:
  • 250 Acres of land acquired in the state of Karnataka for installation of 3 Solar Projects (45 MW)
  • 300+ Hectare of land acquired in the state of Maharashtra.
  • Obtained Grid Connectivity’s for 1250MW in the state of Maharashtra.
  • Renewed 700 MW Grid Connectivity in the state of Madhya Pradesh.
  • Obtained approvals from various authorities for 50+ Wind Met Masts.
  • Site selection, planning & coordination of land acquisition for Solar and Wind Power Projects in the states of Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh & Karnataka.

OTHER ACHIEVEMENTS

  • Successfully managed & organized different training programs (Self Help Groups). Formed Village Development Councils (VDC).
  • Successfully Handled Somnath Project run by MaharogiSewaSamiti of Baba Amte for rehabilitation of Leprosy Patients.
  • Successfully implemented Environmental Impact Assessment studies for National Water Development Agency (NWDA, Special Cell for Interlinking of Rivers), Central Water Commission (CWC), Haryana Irrigation Department (HID), Maharashtra Irrigation Department, for dams, Interlinking of rivers and canals.
  • Successfully obtained critical forest approvals for site survey activities in the state of Maharashtra & Madhya Pradesh.
  • Successfully obtained approval from the Department Commissioner of Industries for acquisition of private land for bonafide industrial purpose and proposals for diversion of forest land for non-forest use and complete land revenue procedures for land acquisition
